Tracy Rouleau and her family have lived in Gaithersburg for more than 15 years, enjoying the City’s parks, recreation, and arts programs as residents. She served on the Muddy Branch Alliance from 2014-2020 (President, 2017-2020), working to expand opportunities for students and residents to volunteer and engage in outdoor activities and care of the Muddy Branch Park. She has served on the Montgomery County Water Quality Advisory Group since 2016, as Chair since 2017. Tracy currently serves as a G-PARC Director and Chair of the Parks Alliance. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies/Coastal Resource Economics from San Jose State University, and Ph.D. Studies (ABD) in Marine Policy/Fisheries Economics at the University of Delaware. Professionally, she is the President and founder of TBD Economics, LLC, an environmental economics consulting firm, is a Senior Fellow at the Center for the Blue Economy, and a Nonresident Fellow at the Stimson Center. Outside of the office, Tracy enjoys being outdoors, local farms and wineries, and cheering on her favorite teams—the Lawrence University Vikings and Quince Orchard football teams. Board member since 2019.
